I don’t limit this service to a number of workflows I set up, or forms I design because I feel that it is unhelpful to your business growth. For that reason, I consider this set up ‘unlimited’ because I take the queue from your business needs. If you do not have all of the emails or forms that we’ve identify that you need, I will help you put those together.

What’s Included:

01 CLIENT MIGRATION

 

Migration of clients if you have been using another CRM (17Hats, etc.) I can also migrate clients from an excel/Google Sheet.

02 FORMS

 

Up to 5 forms (contracts, questionnaires, proposals, sub agreements and lead capture forms for your website) beautifully designed to be on brand. We will use either externally designed graphics or custom code depending on your preference. 

 

03 CANNED EMAILS

 

Input all of your canned emails into the system and indentification of any emails you may need.

04 INVOICING + PAYMENTS

 

Input of all service/product packages, tax items, invoice customization + payment schedules. Integration of QBO included if applicable.

05 WORKFLOWS + AUTOMATION

 

Implementation and automation of workflows for your main services. We will have a kick-off call where we will map out your ideal workflows.

06 CLIENT PORTAL

 

Client portal customization (including banner design for desktop and mobile).

07 SCHEDULER

 

Remaking of your scheduler into Dubsado if you use an external scheduler or implementing the scheduler into your workflow for the first time!

(SPLIT INTO 4 WEEKLY PAYMENTS OF $475)
