What is Included


Client Migration

I’ll bring over your clients from your previous CRM, or even from an Excel or Google Sheet.

Invoicing & Payments

I’ll input and set up your product or service packages, tax items, invoice customization, and payment schedules. If you use Quickbooks Online, I’ll integrate that, too.


You’ll get up to five forms beautifully designed and on-brand! Think contracts, questionnaires, proposals, sub-agreements, or lead-capture forms.

Workflows & Automation

This is where we get into the details of how your business runs. We’ll start with a kick-off call to map out your ideal workflows. And I’ll implement and automate those workflows for up to 10 services.


If you decide to use Dubsado’s scheduler, I’ll make the transition from your previous program. Or I’ll implement your existing scheduler into your workflow.

Canned Emails

You’ll have all your canned emails in the system, and we’ll identify any emails you still need.

Client Portal

We’ll customize your client portal so your clients see your branding every time they enter. This includes banner design for both desktop and mobile.


$3400 USD per brand

(4 weekly payments of $850)

If I think we’re a good fit, I will send my scheduler to you to book a call with me. Here I will get to know your business more and make you a personalized proposal with how I can help you. Once you’ve signed on, we’ll have a kick-off call.


After our kick-off call, you will get to work, providing me with all the details I need. After I receive everything, I will start piecing it all together. Once I’m at the halfway point of your set up, we will have a quick check in call.



We’re done! You will have a training call with me where I show you around your new system!
