The Process

Discovery Call

We’ll meet for a free 15 minute call where you can tell me all about your business and workflow woes. After our call, I’ll send you a proposal detailing the ways I can give you peace of mind by taking your Dubsado set up off your plate for you!

Your Time Commitment: 15 Minutes

Onboarding Questionnaire

After you’ve officially signed on, I’ll send you a questionnaire that will ask you a few basic things like your branding, service packages, and more. This questionnaire is due before our workflow mapping meeting!

Your Time Commitment: 1 Hour

Workflow Mapping Meeting

This is where we take all of your services and map out your client experience. We’ll go over all the steps from the first time a lead contacts you, all the way to offboarding and all the steps in between!

Your Time Commitment: 2 Hours

Implementation Questionnaire

This is the second and last questionnaire I send to you! Now that we know what your workflows will look like, I’ll need some extra details from you to make your workflows, well, work!This questionnaire is due a week after our workflow mapping meeting so we can get the ball rolling on your set up ASAP!

Now I get to work!

You’ve done the hard work of getting all your information to me, now I get to work on implementing the plan we put together at our workflow mapping meeting.

Off-boarding and Support

Once all of your templates and workflows are setup, we’ll meet for a recorded Zoom call where I walk you through everything I’ve set up! You can ask me questions you have right on the call. If you don’t have any questions on the call, you still have me around for 30 days! You can use your 30 days of email support to ask me questions and request bug fixes. I’ll also be sending you a copy of your workflow chart, as well as a guide to follow through during your support time to make the best of our time together!
