What is Included
You’ll get up to five forms beautifully designed and on-brand! Think contracts, questionnaires, proposals, sub-agreements, or lead-capture forms.
Workflows & Automation
This is where we get into the details of how your business runs. We’ll start with a kick-off call to map out your ideal workflows. And I’ll implement and automate those workflows for your main services.
I write all of your workflow canned emails with a copywriter on-hand!
We’ll customize your client portal so your clients see your branding every time they enter. This includes banner design for both desktop and mobile.
Invoicing & Payments
I’ll input and set up your product or service packages, tax items, invoice customization, and payment schedules. If you use Quickbooks Online, I’ll integrate that, too.
If you decide to use Dubsado’s scheduler, I’ll make the transition from your previous program. Or I’ll implement your existing scheduler into your workflow.

After our kick-off call, you will get to work, providing me with all the details I need. After I receive everything, I will start piecing it all together. Once I’m at the halfway point of your set up, we will have a quick check in call.
We’re done! You will have a training call with me where I show you around your new system!
